My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were a couple of floors down, and I had a great bargain on them. However, accessing the elevator was a bit tricky. On the bright side, my room was very nice with lovely views.

The service was outstanding, with the staff doing everything we asked for and being very helpful with every question. They were both polite and professional. However, the amount of noise we heard all night by staff members was quite disturbing, and some were involved in personal conversations, completely ignoring myself and other customers.

The hotel's location was very nice, especially for walking to the coliseum. Unfortunately, it has been affected by bad weather and economy issues. The rooms were small with low ceilings, but the gift shop and the casino were easily accessible.

Despite the entry lobby being filled with smoke and slot machines, the spacious rooms allowed accommodation for a family of 5 in one room, which is not common in many hotels. However, our room wasn't ready until later in the evening.
